Another great singer gone. She was discovered by Johnny Otis who also passed on three days ago.

A great singer who has influenced countless others. She had the blues and sang with so much emotion.

Musicians/performers/film-makers/etc may not save the world, but they do have the ability to make our day-to-day lives much more bearable.
