I'm moving out of a condo at the end of the month and my landlord has informed me that I need to have the carpet professionally steam cleaned. Thing is, only the bedroom (about 125 sq ft) is carpet. It seems like most places charge for a minimum of 3 rooms. I'd like to do it as cheap as possible.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a company who would do a job this small and would charge accordingly?
I bought one of these before from a different "deal" website and a different company. I didn't have any luck with mine at all as they never showed up or answered their phones (money was refunded though), but here's another one listed today.

was this identified in your lease? If not, rent one from co-op and do it yourself.
I have a feeling it was but I'm going to check tonight. I've rented one before and I think it cost around $40, so I was hoping to find a professional one that could do it in an hour for $60 or $70. Way less hassle than driving to pick it up and return it.

That's an option but with over 500 purchased, I have a feeling it would be tough to get them booked in for the 28th of this month. Plus if they no show, I'm screwed since I'm moving the 28th and the walkthrough is the 29th.
