Online Scheduling service

Looking for some advice.

I run a photo company, a large part of which is sports team photography. I'm looking to provide an online scheduling service where team managers can log in and view a series of pre-determined time slots and select the one that works best for their team. Once someone takes a slot, it becomes blacked out or unavailable. I'd need to be able to customize what information the managers provide to me (Team name, contact, roster etc etc).

Hoping someone has a good service they can recommend. I use word press for my website, if that helps at all, but it doesn't necessarily have to run off my website. (Google have a service?)

I've looked at some, but they're usually a monthly fee service. I don't need to run these schedules on a month-to-month basis, just a job-to-job basis.

Hope someone here has some experience.

I've set up http://wpbookingcalendar.com/features/ for a client on their Wordpress site. It works really well. Lots of things can be customized.

Although I haven't used the feature personally, Google Calendar lets you set up "appointment slots" that people can take. It seems pretty basic, but it might work for you. And the price (free) is good.
