LF - GPS unit

I am looking for a Handheld GPS.
the features I require would be street and land coordinate capability.
I dont know anything about GPS units so any insight would be great.
I require one for my technician to use and we are in rural alberta and he needs to be able to find legal land descriptions etc.
any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure if this is what you need, but I have a Garmin eTrex Legend HCx that is essentially brand new. I won it at a golf tournament, opened the box and discovered I really have no use for it. I'll let it go for pretty cheap as I just want to get rid of it. PM if you are interested
