I am in shock over this, the original film is one of my all-time favorites. Someone needs to put a stop to all these remakes, is it really so difficult for screenplay writers to come up with original ideas?

Seriously though I think they are going to make a lot of blasphemous changes. Instead of surfing it'll be something stupid like parkour.

With all these pathetic remakes of originals that will stand up as masterpieces to their genres (I use masterpieces loosely), it just shows how great those of us who got the originals had it.... not these garbage remakes.

The original is a true masterpiece of cinema, how dare they take Busey's line of "Utah, get me two." literally and decide to remake it.
