GDT - Calgarypuck VS Taco Tuesday
99-cent tacos at Taco Time today.
Soft and hard tacos count for the same, photo evidence of exploits is appreciated, but this game runs on the honor system.
The record at my place of work in one lunch is seven or eight, but the real title went to my buddy who did five tacos, two double-cheeseburgers, and a McChicken.
Anyway, get your taco on! I'm going for at least six!

Awesome place, but this contest isn't about nutrition, although I'd take Taco Time over a hot-dog eating contest any day.

Diablo sauce helps all. And Taco Time > Taco Bell.

I thought this thread was about a CP rec team vs. a team named "Taco Tuesday"
Quite disappointed, its been awhile since we had a true GDT.

I'm not judging anybody, but I just found this interesting about everybody's favorite fast food whipping boy (KFC's Double Down):
The calorie content of a double down is about equal to 1.5 soft tacos. I used to eat 4 or 5 soft tacos on a taco tuesday back in the day. At over 300 calories per taco, I was packing around 1,500 calories in a single meal. That's about the equivalent of 3 big macs.

Related but a place in Montreal on Peel has/had $1 tacos on mondays. They were hardshell beef or chicken tacos, fairly decent sized. I put down 14 and was stuffed. They said the record was 17 for one person.

STFU!!! I just pounded back six of the hard-shell ones and am thinking of more. My mouth and brain are saturated with diablo sauce...

Doubledowns are fantasic. I dont see the problem - 2 chicken breast with bacon cheese and sauce.
White bread is supposdly the death blow and they skip the bread completely.

I refuse to go to the T.Time in the food court on 5th ave, as I brought up in a thread about a week ago they just don't know how to wrap tacos properly.
Airdrie Taco Time is the best one I've ever been to. The food there is at least five times better than any other Taco Time.
