Safeway Subs.
$10 gets you a sub so filling you shouldn't be eating in just one meal, a bag of chips and a can of pop.

DD's pizza in Vancouver has great food and it's really cheap.
For $13 I got a nice 7 oz steak, a huge portion of lasagna, a salad, and garlic bread.

Stolo's half price pizza Wednesdays, any decent wings nights (where they don't give you gimped sized chicken wings) like at Scotman's Well $3/lb, Holy Smoke BBQ pit $1/rib is amazing these days, Donair place close to the COP Safeway (Don't remember what it was called, but $5 or less for a Donair and drinks were cheap), Huge burgers at five guy's burgers and fries... well worth it for the portions

I knew they had a lot of calories but holy ****. Large fries is 1470 calories. LOL
Have a Bacon Cheeseburger, Large Fries and a Drink and you're looking at 2500 calories.
Now that's what I'm talking about.

This thread is giving me heartburn. In the name of science, I tried one of those new Wendy's Cheesey Cheeseburgers off their value menu today. Probably the grossest thing I've ever tried. It had like 1/4 cup of cheese whiz on it. I ended up throwing it out the car window in disgust. I get nauseous now just thinking about it.

I don't believe they actually cook them, I don't recall every getting one that was actually warm.

The Ship and Anchor has dirt cheap food which is quite good, although they made their money on beer.
Moose McGuire's used to be dirt cheap a few months back with no food under $10, and most pints $5 and under. Unfortunately their owner decided he wanted to change that.
