Alphas, like me and you

So I started watching this new show called Alphas. It's practically my life story but this post isn't about me so I'll digress.

This is a new show based on Marvels Mutant gene produced through Syfy. I see why Stargate was dropped and I loved that show, however, this one has mutant potential. I don't care as much about the characters as I did in Stargate but SGU got 2 years from me and I can see the potential to care about them in Alphas.

The premise is that every Alpha has a power beyond regular humans (like the mutant story), but this power also creates a weakness. It's a great concept and I am excited to see where it goes. I wish SGU wasn't cancelled but I understand why syfy couldn't run with it as SGU wasn't the "hit" that they needed it to be. Check it out!
