Well, there just went one hour and twenty-two minutes of my life.

Geez I'd hate to think how much longer my 93 year old Grandfather would have lived since he watched about 8 hours a day from age 70 onward.

Televisions should be powered by stationary bicycles. Keep pedalling if you want to keep watching.

I would love one of these. Of course another without the manual work involved.

Wonder why it's after 25? You'd think above average TV for youngins would be bad too.

Still, way too many factors for this to be meaningful to me. I think the most important part of the sentence is 'on average'. It's probably not even the television itself, just the fact that if your the type of person to watch a lot of TV, your also the type of person who eats poorly and doesn't get enough exercise. Which isn't really anything people don't know already.

The funny thing is every hour reduces your life by 21.8 minutes supposedly. What about the hour spent watching? That's usually a waste too!

Oh, I've got one for that...

Can we just cancel all these stupid filler studies? The answer should always, well it's all about your genes, we aren't sure why or how, because some of us are too busy studying things like TV

Some people may call bs, but I wouldnt be surprised that its true. Televisions do emit radiation although miniscule amounts, can still accumulate over time especially if you watch a ton of TV.

Depends on how much time you spend goofing off I guess.

They should do a study on what really came first, the chicken or the egg? Now that's something I for one would like to know.

Is it the radiation or the fact that you sit like a lump for hours, eating nachos?

What a ridiculous study. I'm sure it has a lot more to do with how people live if they don't watch any TV at all.

What I learned from the study; stay out of Australia. Upside down TV watching is bad for you.

Apart from morning news shows, Aussie tv sucks the big one. Which is good because there is so much great stuff to do there.
