For sale is my 1999 Honda Magna with lots of cosmetic, comfort and safety upgrades. Love this bike, but its time for something new.

Bump for a great cruiser, with an AWESOME engine.

Back in my bike business days, when all the morons would grab a loud, abnoxious slow v-twin for rides, I would grab one of these bad boys, with its Honda VFR derived, GREAT v-4 engine, and run away on all the dodos on 1600 cc twins that redline at 3000 rpm.

Sweet cruiser.

Rate it out of 10 for me.

10 being showroom clean, 5 being "it's used, what do you expect."

I can tell from the pics it is somewhere in that range, what # would you put on it.

Id say 8. Some scratches on the rear fender, which could be polished out (they just happened). Chrome is 8.5/10. tank was just painted (because I didn't like the big MAGNA on the side).

It wouldn't disappoint.

The two up seat I just picked up on Kijiji last season and it is worn but it's a minor part of the deal.

I know a gal looking for a bike. She is looking at Savage 650's which are a massive gutless single cylinder crap bag, and I have been telling her to find a Magna.

I will run it by her, after I get a quote for a custom tank paint job, with the words 'Red Hot Magna', and a picture of Dr. Evil raising his pinky to the corner of his mouth.

Thanks...and I have boss MS Paint skills so I can do the paint job cheap.

Nice thing about the Magna is if you keep the RPMs lower there is modest easy to control power...great for a beginner. But gobs of power at the higher RPM when the rider needs it.

I just picked up a R1150gs so I need to sell.
