I sold my old Audi and it had only 3,000KM on it's new winter tires when I took them off in Feb!
They are four (4) General Altimax Arctics,
the #1 rated winter tire on tirerack.com!
(click surveys for the ratings vs. other tires). They are in like new shape and come in tire bags (plastic bags)
These are a great size for an Audi or BMW, etc. Check and see what size you need first, likely won't fit a small civic, for example.
Right now, when I price them out:
- they are $815 from tirerack.com, all in.
- They are $201 each from Canadian tire, so $808.
I'll sell them for $600, a savings of over $200 for the best winter tire you can buy. Turned my A4 into a tank.
