Is anyone familiar with basement building codes?

"Supply air runs to all rooms- not in place at bath area at time of inspection"

Does it mean that there should be a cold air return vent in the bathroom??

Sounds like there's no hot air supply in your bathroom. Or it is not connected. Definitely do not need a return air supply in a bathroom.

Not required, but it sounds like they didn't run hot air supply to the bathroom.

It means you don't have a speaker in the bathroom to listen to Air Supply.

You definitely don't want a cold air return in a bathroom. It might be code that they need an exhaust fan tho.

No returns allowed in bathrooms. Exhaust fan, an operable window or connection to an ERV is required. Supply air is required if the bathroom has an exterior wall. As far as I know and remember.

Usually just run a 4" supply line to a basement bathroom and an exhaust fan c/w 4" vent
