Stratford Chef School

This is kind of a random question, and I don't expect a ton of responses, but my brother got accepted to the Stratford Chef School, in Stratford ON.

Is anyone familiar with them? Thoughts on how good they are?

I know NOTHING of the culinary schools in the country, so I could be asking how good Harvard University is, or how good Hollywood Upstairs Medical School is.

Has a great reputation, I know my son was looking into it. Tuition is pretty high.

I hear great things about it...and its in a beautiful little city. He will love it.
