Exclamation *** Stolen Vehicle ***

Hey everyone, it's a long shot I know but......
my car got stolen from my driveway last night. In the Coventry Hills area of city. No glass or anything remaining.

1997 Silver Honda Civic
rust spots all along bottom of driver's side door
missing piece of trim on same side after door.
back window tinted , but full of bubbles (looks crappy)
157xxx kms.
License plate # RYW-910

I know it's a P.O.S. car but it was all I had and no theft insurance on it.
Now I'm missing work until I can figure something out.

And no, please don't try and sell me your car.... I can't afford it ! (lol)

Thanx for your time.

I know in all likely-hood it's cut up and pieced out already or on it's way to being, but hoping someone may have saw it going there.

It might not be, given how bad a shape you imply it is in. If the stereo's good it's probably gone, but it might have just been joyriders. Hopefully you get lucky and the police might find it eventually wherever it was abandoned.

Good luck.

I'd love for car theives to get caught by an angry owner in the process. They deserve what they get coming to them.

.
Actually it was in real good shape, just the 1 door was rusty from sitting on the side of the road for 3 years before I bought it.

The club only slows 'em done by under 45 seconds...it's been proven time and time again, it's a great piece of marketing though.

I have a 97 Civic (2 door) for sale. It was a real hotride, but it's seen better days.

Give me your best offer 'cause I need it gone asap.

Check with the cops as to where your local idiot kids generally dump their cars, most areas have a few popular spots, usually car parks or the like, then go take a cruise by and see if you can see it yourslef.

I've always wondered about that statistic - is it because the car is specifically targetted for increased rates of theft (per thousand vehicles for example), or just in sheer numbers because that particular model is so popular and numerous?

I actually traded it in like a month ago and this was a feeble attempt at being funny. Funny thing is that both her civic and my versa saw no damage from the Tornado. Her dads 02 volvo is starting to become a problem and a tree sorta fell on it during the 15th tornado but not enough to total it out. I wasn't too happy to say the least.
