Great deal for both teams

Cammy is a consistent performer and has solid ratings...he was one of my better assets and needed to shed salary somewhere so this accomplishes that.

I get Gudbranson who will be a strong defensive d-man, and likely a mid-range pick next year based on the Devils line-up which is much stronger than in recent years.

All in all, I think it's a pretty even deal. Thanks Steve for the talks!
