Where to buy adhesive high density foam?

I need to replace the back "mat" of a seadoo. I was thinking the easiest way is to find some adhesive high density foam and just cut the piece I need myself. I have already tried "Future Foam" and "Sureline" with no luck. My leading idea is to just cut up a yoga mat and attach that but if there is any better solution I would like to figure them out.

Also I did look into ordering a true replacement but unfortunately they are no longer being made.

Hydroturf is a great product...tons of colors and textures. I used some as a floor for my boat and love it. It's held up great to mud, ice, water, and dogs. They're based out of California so I don't know what the shipping would be like for you though.
