Default Adam Carolla gets into a heated debate with Gloria Allred

Gloria Allred who is representing the men in the audience involved in the Michael Richards rant.

Fairly entertaining.

Wow, good on Carolla.

Gloria Allred is your typical sleezebag litigator.

Its all about the $$$, veiled by a false compassion.

man, so nobody is supposed to have any integrity in what they do anymore? personally I think if you are getting paid to spew this kinda crap, it's even worse than if you were doing it for free.

Litigation lawyers like this are nothing but parasites on society. Thank god it's not as bad in Canada as it is down here in the U.S. Virtually half the ads on the subway are from scum like this who do nothing but encourage people to sue the crap out of each other.

This woman is terrible. "Imply I'm a racist to get out of answering a question."

Coward indeed.

He's exactly right about how the only thing that is going to make these people happy is to pay them off. You want him to pay for it, then all the money these guys are looking for he should donate to something that helps black kids or something.

As bad as this is going to sound, doesnt free speech include saying ugly remarks? Tell me again why NWA, Snoop Dogg and whomever can spew that word, but not Michael Richards?

Context.

Either way, it seems laughable that these men should get monetary compensation for it. Why do they need money again exactly? Did they leave the club because of harassment? Hmm, I guess he could refund their tickets? So thats like what, $20 a pop?

Don't forget their two drinks aswell.

I cannot see that they are genuinely hurt by this. I have no doubt that they were mad for a period of time, but to seek money for it is just greedy. In my opinion to seek money you would have to of had some sort of damage incurred. I doubt these two guys are destroyed by this experience and cannot function in everyday life now, hiding when they see white people and stages. It's not like people are pointing them out public. (you don't see them in the tape). Just like most Americans they see an oppurtunity to make money and are probably going to succeed.

But it's hard to understand whats going through the Lawyers head when she can't even back up her own logic on the situation. Gross really.

I'm always curious to how they come with the monetary value for these lawsuits. The same lawyer won 18 million for a male who was sexualy harrased at work by a female. How was he damaged 18 million dollars? It can't be his pay that he missed, he didn't incure any physically damage worth 18 million. So did this lawyer just want a house that was worth 20% of 18 million? Is that how they come up with a number?

Well I am unfamiliar with the case, but if the person is dismissed, which she says he was, based on his protests of being sexually harassed then he is entitled to a quite a bit of money in my opinion because that means the whole company pretty much ignored his problem. I have no problem with 18 mil being awarded in that case.

18 million is an insane amount of money. How is that justified? If they payed out his year salary for the rest of this life with raises and inflation I cannot seeing amount to 18 million or even close. I agree that this guy was wronged but the amount he won doesn't make sense in the context.

I am a constant listener of Adam Carolla, and have been for almost 10 years...I listened to him back in the Loveline days, and have been on his bandwagon since he started the new morning show. His actions with Gloria Allred are exactly what he is always like....Man, what a logical Everyman's man.

Adam Carolla is the man. Hangs up on Ann Coulter, and calls out Gloria Allred. Keep up the good work, Ace.
