This was a good win for us. I purposely rested some tired d-men and was relying on Mark Fraser to hold the fort down.

We're still not where I'd like to be, but I think our team can still do some damage in the playoffs.

Big win for the SAbres against the Rangers, Matt Stajan continues to play well, Rask solid in net and Rob Niedermayer with his first as a Sabre. A strange one as Rangers goalie Brian Elliott gets kicked out. Sabres lose another player , Lucic , to a (minor) injury, meaning they will go into tomorrow's game against Ottawa with 5 regulars out and 3 others banged up. fortunately a playoff spot has been clinched.
