Unibroue is probably one of, if not the best Micro Brew in Canada.

+1 For Wild Rose. Pretty good beer.
Not sure if it's a "micro" but (and this pains me) Granville Island makes some good stuff too.

Do you guys get Phillips out there? It's the top microbrew on the island, and is widely available on the mainland, not sure where else though.

Granville Island, Yukon, and Tree all make piss compared to Phillips (and Lighthouse for that matter).

MTL Premium Lager.
Anything Howe Sound from Squamish.
Mill Street Organic. I will destroy their Alberta Lemon Tea supply once deck and patio season starts.
Go to Willow Park and check out the Dieu du Ciel and Charlevoix brewery selections. Quebec is producing some amazing beers.
I will also owe my life to anyone who can find Big Rock's limited Dunkle and IPA brews in town.

There are at least 5 beer threads in the last year or two. Just search them and you'll find it.
Almost all recommendations will be for microbreweries. I'd suggest looking there if you don't get he responses you want here, or even for supplemental suggestions.

Charlie Flint's organic lager, brewed by Alley Kat in Edmonton, is really good.

Propeller IPA is quite tasty.
As is Red Racer IPA (I believe it is ...nova scotia?).
Unibroue for the darker and heavier stuff. St. Ambrose if you like stouts.
I prefer american microbrews generally, but those three are worth checking out.

Also I don't like Mill St. generally, but their barleywine is fantastic. As is the barleywine from one other canadian place where the name is escaping me at the moment...found it: Pike Old Bawdy Barleywine.

And for the amazing triple post, Alley Kat is actually pretty good too. I think they are better than the calgary microbrews even though it is from edmonton...I know, I know...

Im not a big fan of Alley Kat, their pumpkin beer was so disappointing.
If you go to willow park and Dave is working, he can usually give you some great tasting beers, just tell him what you like, he is probably the best "beer guy" in town.

Fort Garry Dark (Winnipeg) is really good. You can get it at Hudsons in Calgary or Edmonton, actually. I'm sure some liquor stores carry it as well.
