I'm about to set my tent trailer up for sale in a couple weeks. My asking price is going to be $4000.

I can let you know a couple days before I list it if you want to take a look first.

From my experience of buying, i expect this thing to sell pretty quick.

Stats:
-1990 Rockford
-It's clean we bought it 2 years ago and my wife would not even look at anything that does not pass the smell test.
-I steam cleaned all Upholstery at the start of the 2009 season, It didn't need it but we wanted it to have it as clean as possible.
-I steamed all the floors and surfaces at the start of last season
-I believe i'm the third owner, and all owners have kept this in their garage (to the best of my knowledge)
-I've experienced No leaks.
-I put $6-800 of work into this thing last year, serviced all systems. (Water, Gas, Etc.). Added a battery, fixed interior lights to work off battery. Serviced bearings. I bought NEW tires at the start of the 2009 season, and we have only camped in Alberta - i'd guess less than 5000 km on tires . Needless to say I have improved it more than just maintaining.
-I broke the step on it last year coming out of Tim Horton's. I kept the step which would need to be fixed by a welder. I also searched online and a new one would cost $60-80. Of course you could also just buy a separate cheap step for it, although it's way more convenient to have an attached step.
-There is a plastic leaver for the vent that has worn out, this would be the only other thing i'd fix for this season if i keep it. I can't imagine this part would be more than $20
-The right wheel hub has an opening to an inside cabinet of about a 1/4 inch. If you drive in the rain anything you store in here will get slightly damp. My solution to this was to put some duck tape over the opening. I've thought that I could get some flashing to fix more permanently, but I only drove once in the rain before the duck tape solved this issue.
The screen on the "door" is loose at one side of the door. It hasn't riped, just came unattached. It's not an issue, even if you have the window (solid part) open. Just something I thought i'd try and fix when I have the time.
-This is a basic style, 8 foot i believe.
-Ice Box (not a fridge), this worked great for us as we keep drinks in this and the ice box drains to the outside as the ice melts. A block easily kept drinks cold for a weekend. The shelf in the ice box holds two blocks of ice if you need more cooling. This gives us lots of room for food in our normal cooler
-Inside/outside stove - i don't think it's ever been used inside
-No furnace, I bought a Catalytic heater for our use (not included), which works good for us on colder nights.
-Nice attached awning (not just a flimsy thing)
-Inside/outside table
-Inside and outside plugs
-Inside and outside lights, run on AC and battery
-Thats all i can think of about the trailer, of course being a 1990, any sale would be "as is".

I always intended to keep this forever, but this season we're not going to be able to camp so we thought we'd sell and then go shopping again in a year or two when we get back into it. Will give me some room in the garage. I haven't gone through pics yet, as I haven't prepared for sale, but I could get some together...
