Lawn Aeration/Power Raking

I live in New Brighton in the deep SE and this year my lawn looks awful.

I am looking into the possibility/cost of having someone come over and give the lawn a power rake and then an aeration and rather than deal with trying to rent the stuff at Home Depot I figured it might be easier to pay someone to come over and get 'er done.

Anyone have a recommendation/know a guy who does this stuff?

I used Timesense for my lawn work.

I think it was around $140 for Power Rake , Aerate, fertilizer and first mow.

I'll take any PM's for a power rake and aeration. $140 seems a little steep though...

I think that price is about the going rate but I bought a aeratation and fertilizer coupon from sites like Groupon and saved over 50%. Worked out to about $60 for both. Might be worth it to keep your eyes open for these deals. I go to this blog daily, they post some of the better "deals of the day".
