As funny as it is, the homeless guy is probably your best bet. Maybe Value Village or some other thrift stores.
I can't imagine anyone actually still sells these brand new. Maybe the farmers market or where ever Calgary hippies get clothes?

F the haters in this thread.
I don't know about calgary, and short of taking a quick trip to Mexico where these are a plenty, Ebay is probably your best bet.
A quick search shows that they go for about $20 and under.
