A few years ago as the Iraqi/US ware was just starting, an Iraqi government official appeared on a news telecast.

His message was along the lines of "We are not losing the war. We have no weapons...etc"

His picture became an internet meme of sorts. It was used here as a meme for the Flames goal scoring woes. If I recall, Darryl Sutter's head was put on his body.

Do any of you remember his name or have the meme picture?

And to further the OP's request - I recall there being one with 5/6 lines of text below the photoshopped daryl talking about 20+ goal scorers, western conference, Jokinen...etc etc - Would love to see that one.
