Alex gets the axe tonight, I'm betting.

My logic is based solely on "equal opportunity" (ha!) hiring practices by Trump. In the final four he's going to have two women (Tana and Kendra), a minority (Craig), and a white male. Since Bren has been much better than Alex in recent weeks, I'm going to say he makes it.

Good episode tonight.

Boardroom was one of the better ones. I think Bren talked himself out of the job. He should have known better. He really blew it.

Alex did a good job defending himself and that is the name of the game in the boardroom.

Carolyn looked nice tonight with her two Georges.

Stupid Alex, I dislike him more and more every show.

I thought Bren was great, and was basically fired for being honest. What has made Alex so special? What has he done?! I seriously think I would have done a better job on every task than he has.

I think Craig's teams have won in spite of him, not because of him...but that's me.

I think in final 4 it's every person for themselves...a gauntlet of interviews and such to get to the final 2 for the last projects.

I don't see what was wrong with what Bren said. he admitted he has had problems taking risks, told Trump he was going to learn, and gave him the example of quitting his job that he loved.

All while Alex sat there and bragged about studying in Israel, and claiming that he wants to win more than Bren. I don't see how Trump bought that.

Another great show today!

The first mistake was Alex not wanting to meet the head honchos from Staples in person. I understand a phone conversation would've been easier, but it seems much less personable. Second, I felt Alex' concept was too dynamic. I work part time in office supplies myself and Staples is our biggest competition. People working in offices want something simple and I've heard that time and again from customers.

Kendra took everything by storm! Her ideas were excellent. It's important to mention that she was exempt and even though she and Craig were fighting, they put together a great presentation. Kendra took initiative and went with it. Well done!

I'm surprised Alex wasn't fired. The phone call was a costly error. Bren said the wrong thing and that's why he's gone.

Kendra is my fave going into the top 4. I think Tana and Kendra will be in the final 2, with Kendra taking it. She may be young, but she's practical and innovative.

A few things.

In the beginning when they were getting dressed they showed a clip of Alex blowdrying his pits. What's up with that? Who the heck blowdries their pits?

Bren and Alex's idea was stupid. I work in the office, and I can't imagine a single project I might be on where I know exactly what time I'll be working on something. What happens if I get a phone call and I need to get to the papers under the glass? "Sorry Mr. so and so, but I can't get to my papers until 3:00. Please get back to me then." Maybe if there was a drawer system so that those trays could get pulled out from under the glass easily, but as it was that was a stupid idea.

I'm dissapointed. I really thought my top four was the best top four, but Craig was lucky to be on the winning team these last two weeks. If not, he woulda been fired.

Bren screwed up royally in the boardroom. I cringed as soon as he said he isn't good at taking risks, and that proved to be his downfall. I would've done the same thing if I was in Trump's shoes.

"Soaring resale value of some locations hasn't hurt demand. Angie McKnight, one of the contestants on "The Apprentice," has owned two locations in Los Angeles for a little over three years. In that time, their value has balloooned from the $40,000 to about $1.5 million, according to Frusher."

I'm thinking most of the "Street smarts" team have won their fortunes by equity appreciation. Chris was a real estate investor who had a million in assets under his control. I wonder how Craig made his riches in Shoe Shining...

Yeah I thought it was a pretty bad idea. Who didn't see that being a problem? I figured they'd at least know it was a bit of a flaw but when someone brought it up it was like they had never even considered the possibility. Come on boys... it's just gravity.

And what is the deal with the high school presentations? They act all nervous, cut each other off, the cornball pitches. Does that kind of crap play in the business world? They showed Carolyn rolling her eyes more than once so maybe it doesn't.

Your going to love this. The university club is right accross 5th ave from Trump Towers. I went for a walk on wed morning and who should pop out at 6:30 but Carolyn, I managed to shake her hand and introduce herself. To be honest the T.V. really dosen't do justice to her at all, she's extremely cute in public, and very nice. she picked me out as a Canadian right away and asked me where I was from. I told her, and she we talked about the University Club for about 30 seconds and that was it.

Thats my New York Celebrity sighting.
