I'm trying to find an email on my computer that I've deleted. Trouble is it's 2 1/2 yrs ago I deleted it. Anyone know how I could find deleted emails? Is there a search program somewhere one could use or something? Help is appreciated.

Sorry, forgot to mention it's outlook express.

Unless you haven't emptied out the deleted messages folder in M$ Outlook in 2 1/2 years, I'd say you're SOL.

Well you could spend hundreds of dollars at a shop that has special software and/or methods of finding this kind of stuff. However there is a big risk that you'll be out hundreds of dollars and that email.

I've never done this before but my boss has and he won't do it again because it is a pain in the butt to do and success isn't guaranteed.

It might be 100 of thousands of emails right? Wow.
That 's like trying to listen to everyone of my albums. I just don't have the time.

Sounds like CSI or 007 or bigger ,scary kids!
