A comedic end to my 04-05 season! Mike Ricci, runner up for the Turek. Sure he may still be in the playoffs, with no help from any Hejduks or anything. A great way to close the chapter, huh Afro?

Congrats to Rookie of the Year Nathan Horton, can you please show up to claim your prize?

I could try but, knowing some of the other GMs in this league, I'm not sure I'd be able to pull it off. :P

I would like to thank everyone who voted for Ducks in any category. The Ducks are very proud of both Barret Jackman on finishing 2nd for the Tim Hunter award, and Roberto Luongo for coming in 3rd for the Lanny McDonald.

Mike Sillinger wants to thank Mango for his getting The Sergei Priakin award, she gave him the ice time to shine and show what he can really do.

I am very honored to be awarded both the D'arcy McGrath & Darryl Sutter awards, it does actually mean a lot to know my posts entertain rather than annoy. Thanks everyone. I would personally also like to thank Dave Penney (mjk123) for showing me the CPHL and Cheese for taking the risk of letting me in (he did know that I previously knew mjk :P ) I am loving the playoffs and even look forward to the off season and next year. THE CPHL RULES!

Sorry as I am entrenched in an epic playoff battle with Colorado I can not make the award handouts, so I am sending Barrett Jackman's dog "Crosscheck" (pictures below) to accept my awards on my behalf.

Thanks again,
Drunk

Congrats everyone. I'm assuming that my 2nd place award for worst trade was for my Harold Druken deal? Or was it the Jan Hrdina deal?

Thanks to everyone who voted for me for the Darryl Sutter Award. It means a lot to me considering I finished so far out of the playoffs. next year will be different I promise!

I would also like to congradulate Sergi Gonchar for finishing 3rd in voting for the Gary Suter Award. He led all defencemen in the league in scoring and could have easily won this award.

Congrats to everyone else!

Great to see, Congrats to all those that finished in the top 3

I'll have a Hurricanes perspective on the awards after the season and seperate with my year in review. A couple things i would like to do but I have a few things i need to do for Tyke hockey team as well and I'm sure a bunch of 6 year old will really appreactiate it.I don't want to do a paragarph wrtie up on these awards and would perfer to do a 2-3 hour project like i usually do, but i want to make sure i finish off a couple things for the kids as well as i've spent the last couple days here with the league.

I have a couple Idea's and I think it'll be a fun write up to do.

Thanks
