Default Valentine's Day ~ Perferred flower shops?

I best do this today so I'm not scrambling on Monday ~ any recommended places to have flowers delivered to an office?

I know google is my friend, but if someone has ties to a shop I have no problem throwing business that way.

TIA!

I'm an advocate for finding a 'local' florist and throwing them business. Unfortunately, unless you actually go into the store, you can't be sure what you're gonna get.

For what you're mentioning.......FTD is just fine. Sometimes a bit pricey, but at least you'll get what you pay for and it WILL get there.

We use La Fleur downtown whenever we need an arrangement; we've used them for business and for our wedding.

Always go to your local florist. Giving them business ensures they stay around and are there close by when you realllllly need them fast in the future after a late night at the strippers.

I quite like Allen's Flowers in Bowness. They can do your traditional arrangements or they can do some pretty interesting and elaborate ones.

Also, if your significant other prefers potted plants over flowers, they usually have a stock of ceramic plant pots in a variety of characters or animals which they can put a plant in for a really reasonable price and it looks amazing. I did this as wedding shower prizes for my sister's bridal shower and they looked great.

May Rose Florist is a really great shop. Excellent customer service, and great value. They are located in the strip mall along the East side of 36th Street, just north of Marlbourough station.

Do yourself a favor and make March 1 your Valentine's Day (or some day far enough removed from February 14). I bought my wife flowers on Feb. 14 one year and then again two weeks later for her birthday. I paid roughly $15 more on valentine's day. Haven't bought her flowers since (except for when she gave birth to our kids... on of which was born two days before Valentine's day).
