Default Largest single day Mafia bust in history

FBI arrests 119 organized crime suspects, mostly in New York, New England, and even one in Italy.

LOL at some of the names: Jimmy Carwash & Junior Lollipops.

Haha ahh, my bad. Ya I just looked at the date, Thursday January TWENTIETH. I just saw the Thursday part and figured yesterday. Ya haven't been up on my news since Christmas, just heard it mentioned yesterday. Makes sense why there's no recent thread on it, mods feel free to delete.

The cops in a recent New York Post article were ridiculing how these guys looked, basically like fat hobos, instead of the Dapper Don images we might remember from the 1990's and earlier.

The amount of hilarious/ridiculous random characters that tall, skinny bald guy has played over the years is awesome. My personal recent favourite was when he was the candy cane that fell on the ground. That was a catchy tune.

He is the funniest person on the show - what is his name? - do they ever get credited? He ws also the Fed/Ex Pope, and Raisin the Folk Singer.

Preparation H Raymond!

The actor/writer is Brian McCann, he's been with Conan since pretty much the start of the old Late Night show.

lol wdf dude... it was only a week ago, and it hasn't really been discussed here. It's no big deal if you leave it up if people want to discuss it.

I just assumed there was another thread for it, no point having doubles. Haven't really been around the past week or so, figured it had already been discussed given the date. Haha don't need the fata police coming for me. I'll re-post the link since this thread has some legs now..

I remember he had some thing he did years ago where he called Conan "slipperier than a raccoon dipped in raccoon grease", me and my buddies quoted that for a solid year. Ya that guy's money. No idea what his name is, I feel like I should know it.

EDIT: Haha nice link, Prep H Raymond is another classic. Someone needs to make a youtube clip of his classic sketches. Brian McCann, duly noted.

Ya I just saw a clip of it actually, no kidding. Looks like times are tough for all of us..

Actually when I first heard about it, I just naturally assumed Russian Mafia. Didn't even realize the Italian mafia still had that much sway to be targeted by the FBI in such a massive bust.
