Lady falls in fountain while texting, now threatening to sue

This video was posted in the Funny Pictures and Videos thread. A lady was walking through the mall while texting, and fell in a fountain because she wasn't paying attention. But now the lady is threatening legal action against those who posted the video online:

"I didn't get an apology, what I got was, 'At least nobody knows it was you,'" Marrero she told GMA. "But I knew it was me."
Polvak told Pennsylvania’s Reading Eagle an investigation in the works to see if there will be a suit and to “hold to the appropriate persons accountable.”

The article mentions the lady has financial issues, as well as several thefts and a hit-and-run on her record. Not a smart lady in my opinion.

She didn't have anything to do with the video being uploaded. She's not suing because she fell into the fountain, she's suing because mall camera footage shouldn't be uploaded to YouTube to make fun of her.

Frankly, I'm inclined to agree with her. If the local mall here uploaded a video of me doing something stupid (even if my fault) I'd be pretty pissed off too. Big Brother isn't there to make fun of us.

I somewhat agree with her as mentioned above.
I would be the first to make fun of her if it was for her falling into the fountain but the point of this is that it was put all over the net for people to laugh at her.
With that being said, If only the video footage was uploaded without the security guards talking about it I feel it should be fair game.

Yeah, she looks like a complete nincompoop for falling into the fountain like that, but, really, I don't take much issue with her suing the folks that uploaded the video.

You can't even see a face in that video. How would anyone ever find out that was you unless you go to the news and tell everyone.
