What's your coffee?
Whenever I've bought coffee, I've always gone with medium roast, but recently I've tried Kicking Horse's Peruvian light roast and damn is it ever good.
What are you all drinking?

If I were to drink coffee I prefer Latte's. Espresso and milk is where it's at.
That said I generally resort to Tea as it is easier on my stomach, Earl Grey or English Breakfast.

Fratello Coffee is probably the best coffee I've ever had. Kicking Horse is also really good...anyways those are just a couple I can think of....just getting into coffees now really after not drinking any in University.

I like my coffee like I like my women. Ground up and in the freezer.

Many people don't know that the Kirkland coffee sold at Costco is roasted by Starbucks. Shoving aside my anti-Starbucks bias, it's quite good for the price. I also dig Kicking Horse coffee.
My parents bought me an espresso machine for a grad present, and I love it! So I usually drink espresso or dark roast coffee. A cup of light roast is good if I need a real caffeine kick!

Caffe D'arte's Meaning of Life roast. This is my absolute favorite, a friend of mine orders it off their website (comes from Seattle) about 10lbs at a time. I'll usually buy 2 or 3 bags off of her when she receives an order. I call her my "dealer" and always feel like I'm doing something wrong when we're exchanging money and "goods" on her door step, lol. When I'm all out of that, Kicking Horse "Kick Ass" roast is my backup. Good value when it's on sale at Safeway for $10.99.

I've drank Kirkland Dark Roast every day since coming back to school this semester (except for when I'm not in Fredericton).
$10.99 for the large tin is an excellent price. Combine that with my Keurig coffee maker I'm expecting Tim Hortons to call me any day asking if I'm still alive.

Husky makes one of my favourite types of coffee - pure blackness that's left to simmer for 7 hours until it's basically concentrated blue-collar evil that seeps into every synapse of the brain and starts kicking your neurons into an agitated state bent on the annihilation of all who would stand in opposition to your will.
They now sell the beans in a take home version that I think they simply call "Joe."

I'm a kicking horse guy ... I like the cliffhanger, grizzly (or grizzly claw or something, I can't remember), and the pacific pipeline which is probably my favorite.

We have Kirkland at work and I hate it, I've never set foot in a Starbucks either though.

I drink Kicking Horse... only because I live right by safeway and that's the best they got. I want to go to some specialty coffee stores and buy some coffee but I don't know any in Edmonton.
But I think I drink 3 sisters or something. I want to try the other flavors of Kicking Horse though... perhaps next time. You can get a bag for $11 if it's on sale otherwise it's usually like $15?

I don't drink coffee. I don't like it. I drink Diet Pepsi.
I have contributed very little to this conversation.

Phil and Sebastian espresso roast is what I buy almost exclusively. Sometimes I get the Cafe Beano espresso roast or 49th Parallel espresso roast.
I would never buy beans that don't have the date roasted on the package.

After a month most of the volatile oils (all the good, albeit subtle flavors) have dried up is what i have been told.
