I play on a co-ed ball hockey team and our goalie has suffered a knee injury heading into the next season. So we are looking for a new ball hockey goal tender to join our team.
The league we play in is pretty casual – you can wear your full equipment but not ice hockey leg pads – have to be street hockey style.
The league is competitive but not as rough as most other leagues. We are a very good team that has won the league championship many times (but lost in the final last season – doh!) – but we don’t take it too seriously. Being a good sport is a must to being a part of our team. We do not want anyone that is going to blow a gasket in the net because they let in a goal. Sorry but I need to be up front about that.
The league plays on Tuesday nights in two city locations (one south, one north – alternates).
