Comic book collectables
I have a pretty big collection of comic book and memorabilia, I'm looking at moving and/or trading some of it. I've got a bunch of comics both graded and raw, some bowen statues and some other random stuff.
What is the best way to sell or trade? I've used Ebay but they charge a lot imo. Not living in a larger area limits me to online selling so do you guys have any suggestions?

There are some online sites similar to discogs but I’m not sure how good they are. I’ve bought the odd issue here and there to complete a run but never sold. eBay sucks for fees but there’s a larger audience so you may get more in the end than selling locally. Then I’d unload the rest as a bulk sale for cheap. It’s expensive and a PIA to sell a bunch of books for a few dollars each. And obviously you could try and sell to a local shop but you won’t likely get much except for the key issues.
I’d post it on CP too. I might be interested in the statues and non graded stuff. I’m sure others might be too.

You’ll do better with graded stuff on comiclink than you will on eBay most of the time. Raw stuff that’s not worth grading then eBay is the best bet. Same with statues, eBay is about your only good option.
Getting back to graded stuff, I’ve owned a comic store for 24 years and when I sell graded stuff I use comiclink. They get top prices in their auctions and they have a flat 10% fee, which is well worth it in my opinion because of the marketing reach they have.

So I dug up this thread because of everything going on in life. I need to sell some of my bowen statues. I know some had interest before but it would be great if anyone still was. Let me know if you're in the market for some Bowen Statues or other collectibles.

It's so crazy that of all the comic book memorabilia that it was statues that ended up being so collectible. I think if the dollar was better, I'd be very tempted to at least get a few display pieces for my place.

I'm not really in a position to go out buying, but if its the Thor statue with the spinning hammer, I guess I can hitch down to Montana and sell some blood.

Sorry, I now notice you're in Thunder Bay. Shipping in Canada sucks.
The Thanos piece is a great one. Which Spider-man statue is it?

I hate to sound like a lazy ass but if you posted prices and pics (even if stock photos or links to your pieces) I might impulse buy. But I’m not a statue collector so I’m not keen to buy unless something catches my eye.
