Marvelous Marvin Hagler dead at 66
One of the best middleweights, and southpaws, that the sport ever saw.
If you have never watched his fight against Thomas Hearns...do yourself a favor and do so.
The greatest "short" fight in boxing history.
Hell of an entertainer.

Sad to see him go. He was one of the greats in a time of great boxers.

Hagler was an amazing fighter. Those were the days. Leonard, Hearns, Duran. We were spoiled.

Just re-watched the Hearns fight. I wonder what happened (other than it being "sudden")? I was under the impresion that he got away from boxing relatively unscathed and was living clean and healthy since...

Norm!
Was an amazing fighter from the time that boxing was at its heights, now I barely hear about it anymore.
I always respected how he fought, and he could do it all, box, brawl, defend, he was absolutely fierce.
