I'm game for a pool.. although we might have to alter this one a bit since unlike all-stars we don't know who to pick. Maybe wait an episode or two then see who we get a feel for?

Sheep farmer? Wasn't Big Tom a Sheep farmer or goat farmer or something? Also a rancher, an FBI agent, a drill-seargent, two highway construction people, a model/mechanical bull operator... Is that really a profession? mechanical bull operator?
Edit: Yeah, I'm definitely up for a survivor pool. I seem to recall that I'm the defending champion...

I'm up for a pool. I think we should do one before the start of the game and then the standard weekly one.

I don't think I'm alone when I say I really hope her and the lesbian get in a fist fight in the water.

oh look, another predictable locale for the "contestants" to flaunt their bodies. how fricking boring....is it really that imperative that bikinis must be warn? are viewers such pathetic losers that they will only watch if it will tighten their pants?
why dont they ever stick these people in the arctic or something? or in the middle of the sahara? or floridian swampland? there are so many better locales in the world that could be used.
( btw, ive heard that they are considering BC as a locale though....which i guess is a bit different )

Where do I sign up!!
Good grief. Some people around here are actually watching Big Brother!!

It goes without saying they'd be in bikinis in Florida and the Sahara as well.

I can't remember the name of the show but there actually was a Survivor type thing on the Outdoor Living Network that was quite good - no bikinis - and in BC. That was about two years ago. It had a bit of a cult following.
Haven't seen it since though. The winner got $100,000.

im not saying that bikinis are bad ( im no idiot! ) but it sure would be nice to have a few more extreme locales as opposed to the jungle/beach situations. send em to the canadian tundra to wrestle polar bears or something.

btw, its not the best idea to wear bikinis in the desert......atleast not if the contenstant new anything about survival in the desert. long loose-sleeved clothing does a better job at protecting from the sun as well as for circulation. religion is not the only reason why many middle eastern countries wear long sleeves....

It sounds to me like Survivor is turning into the NFL in terms of it's following. If it weren't for the betting/pools both wouldn't be nearly as big.

I'm not sure if it is just me, but there is someone who has a resemblance to Jeff Probst on every Survivor. I recall almost every season saying, hey that guy kinda looks like the host.

Yep I remember that show it was awesome... I can't remember the name of it either but for some reason I think it shared a name with a chevy SUV cause there was ads for it all the time. No bikini's and still quite entertaining!
