I recently upgrade to 4.2.1 and now it will not pay music through my
Sony speaker dock. It will connect and charge but no sound. I had an old 1GB shuffle and it works fine.
First off, why did this happen? Is this something that software updates will correct over time?
Second, will I have any issue returning this to Best Buy? I have the receipt and it is only 5 months old. I bought it because it claimed to be fully functional with an iPhone 3G. I'm just trying to prepare myself for some crap they may dish at me to say I cannot return it.
iPhone dock won't work since update.
