Hey guys, I'm trying to book a holiday over the Christmas break and I'm finding some great deals available on http://www.directline-hotels.co.uk/.

I'm just a little tentative to book because I've never used the site before. Can anyone vouch that it's legit? Any experience at all with this site in the past?

Sounds like a legit company, most of the complaints I read were about double booking or being told your hotel is booked shortly before you travel and being forced into alternatives.

Assuming it is legit, being a UK company do you have any recourse if anything goes wrong?

My rule of thumb is that if William Shatner (or the british equivilent) isnt pimping your discount hotel site, then its shady.
