Job websites and others for an administrator...

Hi,

Trying to help out a good friend look for a new job/position in Calgary. She's primarily interested in office management, executive administrator, etc. type of positions. She has extensive years of experience in Engineering and Oil & Gas; but is willing to look at other industries. Prefer to be in SW or SE but will consider downtown.

Can anyone direct me to a few job search websites? I've already looked on calgaryjobshop.ca and the usual calgary herald stuff. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hijack this thread but if anyone has a good recommendation for a good job placement/head hunter in Toronto, it would help me immensely

It's tough trying to figure out what the equivalent to policy analyst is in the private sector.
