Default Alternative Med Guru, nearly OD's on his own vitamins...

Hilariously good stuff.

The buff "Joy of Juicing" author, whose products include Red Stuff Powder and Gary Null's Heavenly Hair Cleaner, claims he suffered kidney damage and was left bloodied and in intense pain from two daily servings of the supplement.
"Null continued to take the Ultimate Power Meal, all the while thinking that it would help him, and relieve his condition; instead, it made him worse," the suit says.

Big pharma must have spiked his drink. All natural can't hurt you.

If only he had used homeopathic medicine instead, then nothing would have assuredly happened.

He seriously must have been taking a lot.

There are a lot of people who take twice the RDA recommendation and they suffer absolutely no side effects.

Something like Vitamin D, you can get up to 10,000IU per day and not have a problem. Which is what a lot of people DO get when they work in the sun all day.

Ya, I wouldn't take any nutrition or alternative medicine advice from a guy who doesn't believe that HIV exists... Or that it causes AIDS.

The latest alternative med scam going around these parts is called YouthJuice. I wouldn't be surprised if we see similar problems stemming from that product.

A guy who advocates vitamin mega-dosing almost dies from a vitamin overdose? That's almost too ironic.

There's a very big difference between the natural vitamin D synthesis that occurs in your body from the sun and taking a synthetic vitamin D supplement.

They have RDAs and ULs for a reason.
