CP User awards
Anyone interested in having awards for Users similar to the NHL awards to be given out on the same night?
Calder trophy - Best Rookie (Joined in June, 2009 to April, 2010)
Hart Memorial trophy - Most enjoyed postered by his peers
Lady Bing Trophy - Mod pick for most well behaved poster with lots of posts
Vezina Trophy - Poster who goes has the best shut down/burn, etc.
Art Ross - Most offensive poster
James Norris - Most Defensive Poster
Conn Smythe - ??????
Lester B. Pearson - Mod pick for favorite poster (All Forums)
Jack Adams - Poster with the best technical hockey knowledge display (FOI)
Others....
We could have nominations by post. Then start a thread once nominations were complete and vote by PM. I could tabulate votes and release winners to coincide with NHL awards.
Thoughts?
Edit: Nominations would be top four for each category based on # of Thanks

-Mach for Lady Bing
-Fotze for most offensive
-Estrada for the Eeyore award
-Jiri for Some kinda Mod award. He always sounds so smart while saying something so wrong 
-Halifaxdrunk or AC for King Clancy (Contributions above and beyond posting with Pics/Videos/GTD's, etc)
-Mayer for most defensive. Poor guy's always defending
How about a resident alien award for best non-flame poster? My pick is probably Mayer again.

You can generally sort out the Hart using the Thanks feature.
Most offensive poster? That would almost certainly go to a Canuck or Oiler fan on here.
Most defensive poster? Hmm...I'd be tempted to nominate alltherage, he does tend to keep sticking his neck out there and then defend himself.
Jack Adams almost certainly goes to the guy who drew up a diagram of what was wrong the powerplay.
I've been noticing a strange trend towards a more tightknit CP community lately. Interesting....
