Delaware pediatrician charged with molesting/raping over 100 children
This is effed up. Not that anything about this is good, but I am glad it isn't in Canada or he'd be back on the streets in 6 months.

Maybe wait before burning this Doctor at the stake.
Video tapes... Hmm Hard to deny video.
How many parents leave their children alone with Doctors?

Dude, did you read the article? He's being charged with 471 counts. That isn't just some accident that will prove to be a mistake.
And the piece of s*** made VIDEOS of him RAPING children.
I think it is safe to say we can torture him Gerard Butler style in Law Abiding Citizen.

The worst part of this story is that the ######bag in question has been investigated twice before on the same suspicions, and was never arrested because once the judge refused to sign a search warrant for his office (where they found the video evidence apparently) and the other time the D.A. didnt think they had enough to convict.
Just brutal.

This is the question I had. I have two kids, and I've always been in the exam room with them, I'm not sure I understand how he gets these kids away from the parents, especially with that many incidents.
The town he practiced in is small, less than 4,000 people. If there was suspicion, how did he get away with it for so long?
Good rule to follow: NEVER trust your child with an adult that is wearing a Mickey Mouse jacket...

Just because this guy happened to have evidence in his office doesn't mean there was proof enough to authorize a search warrant.

Yeah...well turns out that the request was declined after a long investigation, and also kinda looks like it may have been a bit of a good idea to take that chance before...no?
I understand how the justice system in the US works, and from what is being reported they have issued search warrants on so muc less than they already had on this guy, its ridiculous. Some are suggesting the judge in question was a friend of the doctor now, though i have a hard time believing he would risk what is coming his way to protect a pedophile, friend or not.
