We outshoot the Panthers 35-12 and only manage to win 4-2. The 2nd line of Kopitar-Toews-Selanne was excellent and won the game for us...Miller may need a rest though, this game wasn't his best.

Still, it's a win though and we have now won 8 in a row since the new line combinations.

Flames drop a heart breaker vs the Canucks. Truth be told, we played poorly once again. I really need to find another top 6 forward. Big test tomorrow vs the Wild.

Welcome Andy Ference... glad you see you are fitting right in and was a team leading minus 3!

Well today the Oilers organization went up against the Nashville Predators two AHL squads. Unfortunately for Nashville they're expected to ice one CPHL team which they really don't have the talent to stock. So in the unfair match of a legitimate CPHL team against the over promoted AHL players we won 6-2. In the fair fight Milwaukee beat Springfield in a shootout.

Lots of sprained fingers today, basically lost my 4th line today due to finger sprains. Nice win today for the Sharks..

Weird...its the exact opposite of the NHL I guess! We might have two AHL caliber teams right now but hopefully we only have another 4 1/2 months of this and then we can ice something more competitive next season.

That AHL win is number 27 though...so its not all doom and gloom here!

Nice to see Rolston net the winner. He has struggled a great deal this season in the CPHL.

Rangers broke their losing streak which is great to see .... Games have been tough lately without Connolly and Komarsiek.

Good news is Connolly should be back in another few days. What a brutual injury.
