I'm selling a real estate development in Penticton right now that has gone into receivership. This area always gets a lot of investment from Calgarians so I wanted to let CP know about the sale incase anyone is interested or has interested family/friends.

The development is called Alysen Place and is 2 blocks from Skaha Lake. The original developer went into receivership and I am selling the remaining 35 homes for the receiver. Prices drops average 35% from the old prices and some discounts are as much as 56% less.

I live in Osoyoos so I know exactly where it is, can you just show up and look at a show suite at the property, and get the pricing info for all the units.

Yeah, absolutely. We're open from 12-5 everyday except Friday. I can show you through any of the available homes, not just show suites. We have 27 left.

You need to add a warning for your site. I was almost blinded when I went to it. That's a LOT of yellow.

No, there was originally going to be 3 buildings, but the developer went into receivership before starting 2 and 3. Building 2 would have had a pool and other amenities, but it's a no go now.

so where is this in relation to the waterslide park (not sure if it is still there or not)? Is there a site plan?

I used to live across from the beach, then beside the waterslide (it is gone now).

Say hi to Gab and Fabio at Jesters (used to be Cheers).

Waterslides are gone. That was going to be developed into a 5 star resort, but the developer ran into financing trouble before breaking ground. That land is now for sale again.
We are directly across the street from there on Skaha Lake Rd.

Just noticed this. I've met Fabio, he has come in a few times and is considering buying one of the Penthouses. Seems like a really good guy.

Don't think I've had too much interest through CP, but I'll update anyway. We've dropped prices even further starting tomorrow. Another $5000 - $50,000 of most homes.
