Default Where to find Paiste Cymbals in Calgary

I've been trying to find stores in Calgary online that sell Paiste cymbals but have found barely anything.

I'm looking for a crash from the 101 series, because I've heard them before and they are supposedly pretty cheap. I'd rather not pay a couple hundred bucks for a cymbal, since I'm pretty broke right now.

I don't mind buying something online as long as the shipping rates aren't ridiculous. And I am open to other cymbals or suggestions if anyone has any, my price limit is $200 (unless it is a set).

Any help is appreciated, and thanks in advance.

I know Long and McQuade always has Paiste cymbals in stock, and their prices are usually the best in the city as well. However, I haven't checked out their selection in awhile, so I'm not sure what they have at the moment.

I believe they're closed today, but try giving them a call tomorrow, and see what they have in stock. Plus they can always order anything in for you.

Also you might want to look into musicians friend, they have great deals on gear and are great to deal with.

As far as music stores in Calgary, I like to deal with Long and Mcquade. I checked their website, and the only cymbals they show online are Zildjians, and mostly of the K variety. So much for staying in the 100$ range. Their cymbal shop though has lots to offer... different brands/lines/price ranges... although its been a while since Ive been in there and cant remember there being much to offer in the way of Paiste's other than Signature Sound Edge hats... and effects stuff.

Im a big Sabian fan myself, and for entry level cymbals the B8's, B8 Pro's, and XS20 series have great value and can be bought in packs. Sabian also came out with a new line called APX. I havnt checked them out or played them, but since they are a B8 composition, I would guess they are reasonably priced. The bonus with Sabian/Zildjian cymbals is that they are cooked in just that special way that makes them very durable. Paistes... not so much.

You can probobly pick up a B8Pro pack with a crash, china and splash for around 200 bucks? Something like that? For sure you could get a 16 - 18 inch B8 crash for under 100 clams.
