Have a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade.. Yeah I know Windows 7 is coming out, but maybe someone will want this.

Full retail with 32 bit and 64 bit versions, is not OEM. So you can move it to different PCs.
You should have a previous version of Windows to use this, although you don't have to have one installed actually. I had a blank PC and rather than install XP and then install Vista, I found out I could install this Upgrade version of Vista first, don't enter a CD key, and it will install a trial version. Then install the Upgrade version again overtop the trial version and enter the key, and it will work fine.
