24-Hour Gyms In Calgary?

Hello everyone! I work evenings and would like to go to a gym late at night after work, I was wondering if anyone knows of some 24 hour or late night gyms?

Hmm, not sure exactly what late-night techinically means to you... but Goodlife is open till midnight Monday-Thursday, till 10 on Fridays, and till 8 on Saturdays/Sundays.

Gold's Gym at Northland Mall is open until midnight on weekdays...I think most gyms are open that late.

Talisman - open until 11pm on weekdays. 10 pm on weekends.
Gold's Gyms - open until 12am on weedays. 8 pm on weekends.

Gold's Gym is pretty quiet after 10pm. Talisman is a zoo all the time, but has hot chicks in the pool area all the time.

There's a 24 hour gym in Southport, but I'm not sure if they're still open 24 hours.

World Health on Macleod is 24 hours. I think another one of their locaitons is as well.

World Health Club at Southport and Macleod Trail are both 24hrs. If you are in Airdrie, there is a club which if you are a member, you can have 24hr access via your keycard. That particular gym is FitZone(there is also a FitZone in Calgary, but it is not 24hrs.) Other than that, there is not much in the way of options for you in Calgary.

They are still around, but have changed its name. I believe they are now known as WOW or Workout World.

There's another World Health Club gym on 32ave NE that's also 24 hours - drove by it yesterday.

Its actually called "World Gym Fitness Centre". Not related to World Health.

The old "The Gym" became Work Out World and moved up the hill to the corner. There is also a Golds Gym about to open in the old Ikea.

Just to update - the Golds Gym in NorthGate Mall (in the old Ikea) just changed their hours and are open 24 hours during the week, and 8-8 on weekends.
So they open 4am Monday (I think - way too early for me), then are open until Midnight Friday.

Go for a run. The "gym" around the park behind my house is open 24/7/364. They close for SuperBowl

Sorry for bumping a 3 year old thread, but I was also wondering the same thing. Is the World Health Gym on 32nd a decent gym? Are they still open 24 hours? I cannot find a website anywhere.

Are there any other decent 24 hour gyms in the NE?

Update to 24hr gyms then for everyone. Considering Calgary is known as a city that everything shuts down early(few things open late vs other cities), there is a selection of gyms now open 24hrs during the week.

World Health Club - Macleod
Golds Gym - Northgate
Golds Gym - Mckenzie
Golds Gym - Eau Claire

Calgary is still lacking a little, but getting a tad better.

As to the person who bumped the thread, World Gym on 32nd ave is not open 24 hrs anymore.

The Macleod gym is very nice - I was a member there for about 3 years. It's well maintained, they have oodles have equipment and during the overnights the people who go there aren't too weird.

It's a much better location than the gym on 32nd Ave which feels crammed to me and lacking a lot of decent equipment.
