Cam Ward steals a point from the Sharks with a great performance. Curtis Brown has been a decent pick up for the Flames and had 2 points tonight. Nice to have a couple days off.

So disappointing. Jagr comes back, paired up with Gagne and that line does nothing with Jagr ending up -2 in the loss.

I probably shouldn't say this, but I was really expecting the 2pts. tonight! Hopefully Brad Stuart and some line tinkering can get us on track.

Some big performances tonight - the captain Mats Sundin and Paul Kariya with 3 points and +4, and two on the night for Nathan Horton.

But how about Tomas Vokoun - stops 35 of 37 and also picks up a pair of assists giving him 4 points on the year, the same as Scott Nichol. And yet somehow that wasn't good enough for a star.

Yup, exactly what I predicted. Top team vs. bottom team equals a tie. We outshot them 35-27 but Ward outshines Thomas to take first star honors. Still, with the point we are now only one win away from 100 Point season for the first time in Sharks CPHL history! After a two day break, the opportunity will come against the powerful Wild. Should be a great game!
