Come on man. You're rich, hire someone to drive you.

I do like Charles though.
He was talking about Auburn hiring Chizik and he was pretty articulate that his feelings had nothing to do with Chizik. He said there were a lot of qualified black coaches and they didn't even interview anyone. He said there were a lot of more qualified white coaches too.
He then went on to say that he wanted to be clear (paraphrasing here) and "there are a lot of idiot black racists in this country too".
Good dude, bad decisions.

Well, ringing up an $1,800 bar tab might not be out of the ordinary for some (anyone hang with troutman at Pete's?), but ringing up an $1,800 bar tab with Urkel isn't something most people would do on a regular basis.

Could hurt his chances to become Governor of Alabama.

Heather Locklear was also recently in court on DUI (prescription drugs) charges as well... but made a deal and plead guilty to lesser charges... 3 years probation.

C'mon he was trying to get to a girl who gave him the best BJ of his life! Clearly he wasn't so drunk that he couldn't think straight!

Sad part is because of his celebrity status he may only get probation instead of jail time like the rest of us folks

Is this his first impaired driving charge? Who gets jail time for a first charge without killing or injuring someone while driving?
Around here a first impaired driving conviction without any other aggravating factors will net you:
- $1000-1500 fine ($1,000 minimum)
- 15% victim fine surcharge (can be waived if circumstances warrant)
- 1 year driving prohibition (the court can grant you permission to drive with an interlock ignition device after serving as little as 3 months of that prohibition)
