Hey guys,

A bunch of guys from my work entered a team into the Hockey Night In Canada Street Hockey Tournament next weekend. To get in some kind of ball hockey shape, and to see if I'm good enough to play in net, we rented "ice" at Thorncliffe Greenview Sunday.

I think we only have about 5 guys confirmed, so I figured I'd throw it out on here to see if anyone wanted to come out and play. It wont be anything that should resemble anything super skilled. CM Punk said he'd play in the other net.

If you're interested, respond in this thread. The rental is $60/hr, and it's from 8-9PM. If we can get 5 more guys it should come out to about $5 per person.

I don't think there's a stick/equipment requirement, but use your head on this one. Shin pads and cup are recomended.

I say, if there's enough it could be a my work vs. CP game, for the hell of it. Let me know!

I might be interested in coming. What is the Address of the hall? I have a team playing in the same tournament and wouldn't mind trying out my shoulder i dislocated a while back to see how it will hold up. I can bring goalie equipment as well if necessary and have no problems playing goal if I have to.

We're out. The team can't make it tonight, so we're going to practice at an outside rink instead at 1:30,

So that was a ton of fun, I am setting up a similar game on Wednesday for my team in the tournament. If your interested in coming to play we are playing at the 18th Scout Hall on the corner of 18th ave and 18th street SW. It is the same block as the old Children's Hospital if that helps. Game will be starting at 9:30 for those interested.

If a mad could change the date on the title to reflect the new time that would be swell.(June 11/2008)
