The thing is you are looking at the starting price for those items on eBay; not what they end up selling for. What you need to do is watch a few of them (there's 4 that end today) and see how much they go for.

There's also one with a "Buy It Now" for ~$140. See if that sells or not.

They range quite a bit, with a low of $105 with a high of $225. It looks like the majority are going for $125-150. If you expand the field to include USA phones (like verizon), they average $75.
