My girlfriend recently had a pretty unpleasant experience with a doctor and the clinic he was associated with in town here. It's not worthy of a lawsuit or anything but I did find it to be pretty negligent. Does anyone know if there's a formal process to file complaints with a government agency?

I was actually trying to find that thread but couldn't remember what it was called. The difference in this situation is that doctor/clinic staff weren't inappropriate, just very irresponsible and negligent.
